1. Our Products- We do our best to describe everything accurately and with care. Colors may look a little different on different screens, and we're always happy to answer questions before you buy, just reach out!

2. Orders & Payment- When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, and we'll always communicate with you if something comes up. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping- We ship with love and as promptly as we can. Once your order leaves our hands, shipping times are in the carrier's hands, but we'll make sure you have your tracking info so you can follow along.

4. Returns & Refunds- Your satisfaction matters to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and exchanges. We want to make it right.

5. Your Account- If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login information safe. Please let us know right away if anything seems off.
