Return & Refund Policy

At The Balanced Belle, we want you to love every piece you bring home. We're a small boutique and we stand behind everything we carry, but we also have to keep our doors open, so please read our policy before purchasing!

Returns We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, pet hair, and smoke.

Final Sale Items All sale items, accessories, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to get started.

How to Return Email us at Thebalancedbelle@yahoo.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right, promise! 🤍
